Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Unless a mistake has been made on our side. If your item has been returned to us due to an insufficient address, refused shipping or because of a non-deliverable address, then we will contact you and you will be required to pay for additional shipping to have your item shipped correctly depending on the situation your order may be cancelled and refunded minus the shipping. If you do not respond to us within 72 hours your order will be cancelled and refunded. Shipping will not be refunded. If your order has to be cancelled due to ordering wrong items there will be a $2 transaction fee. If any order has to be cancelled and your package has already shipped, you will NOT be refunded for shipping unless a mistake was made by me. The turnaround time for ready to ship is 1-28 business days and does not include shipping nor weekends or holidays. RTS typically ships 1-10 days. PRE-ORDERS turnaround time is 14-30 business days. Please allow 2-5 days shipping. We try our hardest to get all orders out before turnaround times. If you are having issues with your order, please email us with your name and order number and the issue that has occurred.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us with any questions at simply.gideon@yahoo.com
