Shipping/Processing times

Process time frame includes: processing time, turn around time and shipment. Once an order is received and payment has been processed, your order will begin processing. Orders are processed once received in 24-72 hours of purchase. Turn around time begins once the process of your order has been completed. Please note that turn around times are 1-28 business days for RTS (ready to ship). (Monday-Friday and excluding holidays.) Turn around time for Pre-Orders are 14-30 Business days.  Please note: Due to increased traffic during sales, pre-orders and holidays,  orders may take longer to process.

** Please note the turn around time may vary and is subject to change based on various reasons that include but are not limited to, increase of traffic, high demands, holidays, sales, pre-orders etc. We try our hardest to get all orders out before our TAT.  

You will receive a tracking number once your item has shipped. We are not responsible for any mail carrier delays. Once your order has been shipped, we are no longer responsible. Route Protection is automatically added to your cart for $.98 this is an extra layer of protection for your package. 

All items are custom made. It is very IMPORTANT that you read the item description before making your purchase. We are not responsible for any issues that occur due to not reading product descriptions and/or any disclaimers associated with our items.

Simply Gideon is not responsible for any import taxes or fees.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us within 72 hours if your items are defective, damaged or if you recieved the wrong item or are missing an item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us with any questions at simply.gideon@yahoo.com
