CUSTOM INSTRUCTIONS: If you want a custom design, designs need to be emailed in transparent PNG format to simply.gideon@yahoo.com along with your order number. No custom designs will be allowed without the proper file format. PNG files need to be 300DPI or higher.
All designs need to be solid black. Linework needs to be like that of a coloring sheet. If you fail to provide the correct image, your custom patch will be refunded without warning. Intricate designs may not engrave well. Refunds will not be given for low quality images or intricate designs that are provided by the customer.
All custom sales are final. Please ensure spelling and all options are correct! There will be no refunds given for custom orders. Unless a mistake is made on our part. All sales are final on custom orders! Turnaround time for custom orders is 14-30 business days.
These patches are non-washable. Please do not submerge these in water. Damage to your patch could occur.
